The cottage consists of a living room (with large TV – 1.95m diagonal) with spacious dining area and an adjoining open kitchen. In addition, it has three bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which presents itself with an additional sofa bed (suitable for an adult or 2 children). Furthermore, two separate bathrooms offer enough space for the physical cultivation of all guests. One bathroom consists of a bathtub, 2 sinks, a toilet and a bidet. The other includes a shower, a toilet and a sink. In addition, there is a guest toilet on the first floor. The underfloor heating provides comfortably warm feet in the entire living area. Peace and relaxation is offered by the in-house, two-story wellness area (Jacuzzi/ steam shower/ infrared sauna), which can be booked for the entire stay for an additional charge.

Location and Approach
The house is integrated into an equally created village scene in a quiet location below the Davos hospital. Within two minutes on foot you can reach the village stream, whose hiking trail is cleared daily and leads directly to the village center. After about eight minutes walk you reach the ski lift Bolgen, which connects all ski passes.
